当社登録商標「IR STUDIO ®︎」の保護について
BREW STUDIO株式会社（以下「当社」といいます。）が展開する製品・サービスに関する商標権の適切な取り扱いについて、ご案内申し上げます。
「IR STUDIO ®」は、当社が商標権を有する、経済産業省 特許庁に登録された登録商標です。
当社の登録商標、またはこれと類似する名称を当社の許諾なく、無断で使用した場合、当社との関係性や公式性について誤認・混同を生じさせるおそれがあります。
このような行為は、商標権の侵害に該当する可能性があり、法的措置等の対象となる場合があります。
つきましては、以下の点にご留意ください。
Ⅰ．当社登録商標の無断使用の禁止
当社の登録商標「IR STUDIO ®」およびこれに類似する名称について、当社の許諾なく、社名・団体名・製品名・サービス名・ウェブサイト・広告宣伝物等に使用することを固く禁止します。
ただし、以下の法人及び団体に限り、当社登録商標「IR STUDIO ®︎」の使用を正式に許諾しております。
- Tbliグループ（日本包括パートナーシップに基づく許諾）/ 同社拠点：アムステルダム
Ⅱ．当社登録商標の適切な取り扱い
当社の登録商標の使用は、当社との正式なライセンス契約を締結し、所定のロイヤリティ等を伴う場合に限り許諾されます。
また、使用にあたっては、当社登録商標である旨の適切な表示にご配慮ください。
当社は、商標権の適切な保護の観点から、侵害またはそのおそれがある行為に対して、2025年4月1日施行の「情報流通プラットフォーム対処法」に基づく「商標権関係ガイドライン」に則り、必要に応じて関係各所への申し入れ等の対応を行ってまいります。
本件に関し、何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

We would like to take this opportunity to inform you of the proper handling of trademark rights related to the products and services provided by our company.
“IR STUDIO ® (Registration Nos. 6270732 and 6619277)” is a registered trademark of BREW STUDIO Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), registered with the Japan Patent Office of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
Unauthorized use by a third party of our registered trademark or any confusingly similar name may cause misunderstanding or confusion regarding affiliation with, or endorsement by, the Company. Such actions may constitute trademark infringement and may be subject to legal action.
Accordingly, we kindly ask that you take note of the following:
The use of our registered trademark “IR STUDIO ®” and any confusingly similar names, without our authorization, in company names, organization names, product names, service names, websites, advertising, or promotional materials is strictly prohibited.
Use of our trademark is permitted only upon execution of a formal license agreement with the Company and subject to the payment of applicable license fees (royalties, usage fees, etc.).
In addition, when using our trademark, please ensure that it is properly indicated as a registered trademark.
From the standpoint of appropriate protection of our trademark rights, the Company will take necessary actions, including making requests to relevant parties, in cases of infringement or potential infringement.
